The building stands about 490 feet from the beach. It was completed in 2021and has commercial establishments on ground level and 8 floors of residential units<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The apartments have an open and partially covered area of approximately 21,500 sf for amenities\u2014also raised above the street noise and organized to promote socialization between the neighbors.
